What is cacao?

 Cacao is used in meditation and ritual and has been used in south American ceremonies for thousands of years. Bhakti is the “light of devotion” that lives in the heart of each of us.  That unexplainable and all-encompassing energy that unites the practitioner with whatever their feeling of Source or “God” is.   Incorporating sound and singing into yoga not only conditions the physical heart but expands the universal heart to channel our energy beyond the mind and ego back to LOVE.
